Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with
parchment paper and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2: Cook the Beef & Onions

Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft and
translucent. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for
6–8 minutes until fully browned. Drain excess grease if needed.

Step 3: Season the Filling

Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper
to taste. Let the mixture cook for another 2–3 minutes to blend flavors, then
remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.

Step 4: Assemble the Pastries

Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Spoon a portion of
the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and top with shredded cheddar
cheese.

Step 5: Seal & Bake

Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Place the
stuffed pastries onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.

Step 6: Cool & Serve

Let the cheeseburger pastries cool for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy warm for the best cheesy, savory bite.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping
  • Pair with fries, tater tots, or a simple salad
  • Add pickles or jalapeños inside for extra flavor
  • Great alongside soup for a cozy meal

❄️ Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to
3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
Avoid microwaving if you want to keep the pastry crisp.

Tip: Want a twist? Try swapping cheddar for American cheese,
adding cooked bacon, or using ground turkey for a lighter option.
