Sliced peaches, drained & diced 1 can (15 oz)

How to Make Peaches & Cream Cheese Loaf

1. Preheat & Prepare

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a standard loaf pan and set aside.

2. Cream the Base

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter
until smooth and creamy.
Add the sugar, eggs, and lemon zest,
then beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3. Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt,
and cinnamon (if using).

4. Mix the Batter
